Experience with State Government and health care systems is highly desirable and preferable. * * Prior experience working at Iowa Dept of Health Service is highly desirable, including experience working with any/all of the following systems/technologies in the ** *DHS environment: IABC, ICAR, ISSV, MEPD, MMIS, FACS, STAR, POSS, PJCase, OPR, DHS Data Warehouse, ISIS, Global 360, Corticon,* *Required Skills* · SQL 2005 including SSIS and Stored Procedures · SQL 2005 Dimensional tools · SQL 2005 Analysis Services including the use of MDX · Net Frameworks (2.0, 3.0, and 3.5) · VB.Net · SOA, Web Services, MS Biz Talk Server, and Host Integration Services. · Experience developing ETL programs using mainframe VSAM datasets, · Cobol programs, and JCL. · Demonstrated experience showing hands-on ability to perform development tasks in all the above areas is required. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Experience with Microsoft Project and Office Products *Preferred Skills/Experience* * * Prior experience working at Iowa DHS is highly desirable, including experience working with any/all of the following systems/technologies in the DHS environment: IABC, ICAR, ISSV, MEPD, MMIS, FACS, STAR, POSS, PJCase, OPR, DHS Data Warehouse, ISIS, Global 360, Corticon, *Platform:* Microsoft server tools including SQL 2005, Biz Talk, and Host Integration Server along with IBM mainframe. *Developer *– able to transform business requirements into technical specifications and design. Ability to understand business processes & to be customer focused. *Experience with State Government and health care systems. * Ability to work well in a team environment.
