Description Specific Skill Requirements ** SAP Development skills with ABAP (BAPIs, User Exits, IDOCs, Sapscript/Smartforms, ALV, BDC, Dialog, Conversions, Interfaces, BSPs and ABAP Objects) using best practices Knowledge of WebIC BSP, interfaces, forms, data dictionary objects, enhancements, and ABAP objects to support call center and Marketing business processes. Strong knowledge of HTML required. Strong knowledge of CRM WebIC Business Server Pages, CRM enhancements and extensions, BADIs/user exits, CRM tables, and function modules. CRM Middleware experience. ** Job Specific Competencies Basic knowledge of business processes related to sales and distribution, customer interaction, and marketing. Ability to support existing applications developed by other team members. Team-oriented interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with resources across all levels of IS and the business. Technical documentation skills. Ability to independently overcome development challenges. Ability to proactively anticipate potential problem areas and support issues with a given technical solution.
