4 year degree plus 7-10 years experience. Description: Leads the design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and control of the organization's physical, relational, and object-oriented databases across multiple platforms and computing environments. Develops data architectures and database management policies and standards. Provides senior-level consulting services in the identification and resolution of database issues. Serve as a high-level resource on database management issues, and participate in the planning, design, and usage of data resources. 1. Install Oracle and setup databases 2. Schedule and Monitor Backup 3. Monitor Database Performance 4. Perform Oracle Database upgrade and patching 5. Work with application team for implementing and tuning application code. 6. Work on implementing database security policy and regularly checking for any violation.
