QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience. Ø Candidate must have prior experience in working with ITIL processes. Experience with Six Sigma, CMMI, Cobit, ISO 20,000 or some other recognized methodology is beneficial but not required. Ø ITIL V3 Foundations certification is required. Ø ITIL Service Manager is desired. Ø ISO 20,000 Certifications are beneficial. Ø The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years experience in project and client management expertise. Ø Candidate will have the capability to provide advisory/thought leadership to IT and business partners in their areas of business and technology. Ø Experience with emerging technology companies. Ø Experience with project and/or program management. Ø Advanced knowledge of Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Ø Experience in providing technical leadership, guidance and training. Ø Able to work as a team player in a collaborative environment. Ø Able to re-prioritize tasks as circumstances change. Ø Some travel may be required.
