JAVA with Order Management Experience Location: Colorado Springs, CO Level: Senior (7+ year's experience) 6+ Months Rate: $39/hr C2C Key Responsibilities: * Research provisioning errors causing fallout in the Order Entry and/or Order Management systems * Review and comprehend applicable Analysis, Design and Mapping documentation for a given release. * Defect research and coordination of resolution, defect resolution and reporting for defects spanning multiple systems in support of Development, System Test, Integration Test, UAT, and production efforts. * Validate xml and code execution as needed to expedite issue resolution when necessary. * Engage multiple application teams as necessary to trouble shoot and resolve issues. * Communicate cross-functionally throughout the organization * Ability to use a variety of techniques ranging from data analysis and researching system defects to drive defect resolution. * Interface with upper management.
