Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6+ months Best rate: $47/Hr Best Locals preferred; Must be able to come in to office for in-person interview so Southeast based candidates (GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, VA) are preferred. Need to be non-visas (US Perm Resident or US Citizens). Description: Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension Design, develop, test and install PL/SQL applications and supporting PL/SQL on the new Global Transaction Processing system. Additional responsibilities encompass application and system documentation, test file/case preparation and other related duties. Provide support for production implementation as necessary. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: . 4-year college degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant working experience required . 4-6 years Oracle PL/SQL design and coding experience required . Expertise in advanced PL/SQL techniques in Oracle 10g required . Experience in SQL tuning of medium/large database environments required . Familiarity with Java as it pertains to the implementation of Java-stored procedures required . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required . 2-3 years development experience in Oracle Forms and Reports is preferred . Experience in a UNIX development environment required .
