2 Functional PSFT Consultants (payroll, Benefits) needed in St. Louis The purpose of this project is to integrate colleague data into a PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS system for the purpose of Benefits Administration, Payroll Processing and Total Compensation planning. This project proposal covers the Analysis and Design Phases of the project needed for Day 1 implementation.
Analysis is required to understand the business and functional requirements for Day 1+. The design phase will develop a solution to meet business and functional requirements • Assist customers in defining existing business process for data integration, creating process business flows where necessary • Analyze existing data fields necessary to support benefits administration, payroll processing and compensation planning within PeopleSoft • Map data to PeopleSoft including Earnings Codes, Deduction Codes, and Special Accumulators. • Set up legacy locations in PeopleSoft with all taxing locations identified, setup and functional. • Identify all needed companies, pay groups, planning groups needed for integrating colleague data. • Run queries in support of business requests necessary for business data mining. • Identify and document Day 1+ business & functional requirements • Analyze and design options to meet the identified business and functional requirements • Perform all setup necessary for creating new Companies Code, Paygroups, Planning groups, etc within PeopleSoft prior to loading of detailed colleague data • Develop requirements and functional design to integrate colleague data into PeopleSoft for payroll processing including all tax data, garnishments, and additional pay data • Develop requirements and design an approach getting colleague access to the Payroll, Benefits and Compensation components of Colleague and Manager desktops. • Full Analysis and Design phase ELC documentation • Coordinate all activities, create an integrated Project plan, ensure the ELC process is followed and correct documentation is used throughout the project. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Distribution" group.
