You will be matrix managing project managers and subject matter experts from network operations, customer facing operations, business marketing, finance, IT, process engineering, and AT&T Labs. As the neutral arbiter between different organizations you must have the character to lead to the best result, the strength of will to persevere and you must delight in the daily problem solving challenges that your team will encounter. You must have an ability to understand people, their behavior, their motives and be able to draw team members forward to be open and clever about possible solutions. Candidates should have extensive experience in project leadership and must have a successful history of demonstrating success on multi-million dollar projects through a style of proactive planning. This is not a back-seat or wall-flower job. This is a "lead loud" position.
