Analyze and evaluate user requirements, procedures, and problems to develop solutions. Troubleshoot issues and manage escalated support with Enterprise Sharepoint Support. *Requirements *Two years or more of Sharepoint portal development experience. Three years related experience in application development including knowledge of software development methodologies and data base administration. *Required Skills: *Hands-on experience using and configuring Windows SharePoint Services WSS 3.0 / MOSS 2007 Strong .NET/ASP.NET development skills Experience programming with WSS / SPS / MOSS APIs Experience using SharePoint Designer 2007 Experience using InfoPath 2007 and MOSS 2007 InfoPath Services Experience using Visual Studio.NET (C# or VB.NET) Experience developing SharePoint based web sites using SharePoint Designer Experience developing workflow and content management solutions Experience with SharePoint templates, master pages, and role-based templates Experience with SharePoint architecture and enterprise initiatives, such as collaborative tools, portals, enterprise search, content management, business workflows and forms. Experience with the design and implementation of custom web parts Strong competency with back end development, Visual Studio Tools for Office, Windows Workflow Foundation, Forms Server and Excel Services Knowledge of packaging Sharepoint development to be deployed on different Sharepoint environments Expertise with Sharepoint metrics and reporting *Desired Skills: *Business Intelligence Experience with Microsoft Content Management Server (MCMS) or MOSS 2007 publishing infrastructure / features Experience developing ASP.NET 2.0 and/or MOSS 2007 Web Parts Experience developing .NET 3.0 and/or MOSS 2007 Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) components Experience developing custom SharePoint / MOSS list definitions, content types, fields, item event receivers, user controls, and other .NET components. Strong analytical ability to solve complex technical programs.
