You can call me at **732-623-9900 Ext:**946** to discuss this opportunity* *Software Engineer - Flash Developer (Contract)* *California - San Diego* Job Description *The Flash developer would have prior experience writing various Flash applications for small form factor mobile devices using AMC and FL. This developer would be writing highly optimized Flash based applications that utilize Action Script to write demo applications. In addition, he/she would work with the current support and development teams to raise the skill level of Flash applications and how such applications interact with the Brew MP platform in order for the QC teams to gain insight into developing highly optimized Flash content as well as optimizations to the Flash platform. * Skills/Experience . Writing sample Flash applications that are optimized from fps, memory and other considerations. . Working with QC support and development team to give insight into optimizing Flash applications as well as how the Flash platform can be optimized. . Reviewing available support materials - tech guides, overviews, etc. to provide guidance on what additional documentation would be beneficial to Flash developers. . Working with the product test teams to insure that the Flash test cases give sufficient coverage for different type of Flash apps. Additional Skills Simulator / Device animation on PC. I would like to have a really polished Device Profile to be included in Device Profile Creator. Basically a really nice (and complex) device skin that utilizes most of the phone interaction Action Script. This example would be used as a reference by OEMs to create their own device profile, so we'd include the .fla file as source.
