We currently have an internal position open for a highly energetic,
self-motivated *Sr Account Manager/Business Development Manager* – *US IT
Staffing* to support our rapid growth in the IT Consulting / Staffing /
Recruiting industry at our Hyderabad, India office.



*Role & Responsibilities*

* *

   - High focus on developing/maintaining new as well as existing Government
   Accounts.
   - Identify prospective Federal Government staffing and solutions
   opportunities.
   - Acquire contract staffing job orders and work with our in-house
   recruiters to fill them.
   - Demonstrated proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and
   engagements.
   - Maintain relationships with clients/hiring mangers so as to receive
   ongoing requirements.
   - Appreciation for activity-based selling to ensure that sales activities
   are aligned with business goals.
   - Work closely with recruitment staff and internal team to insure clear
   requirements definition and specific recruitment focus meets our clients'
   expectations.
   - Ability to communicate with consultants as well as managers.
   - Understanding of long-term business relationships.
   - Interface with all levels of management and support client's project or
   staffing needs.
   - Provide excellent customer service to the clients.
   - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
   - Ability to handle multiple tasks.



*You are an ideal candidate if*

   - 4 -9 years of experience in Consulting/Staffing/Recruiting industry (US
   Operations- Government Clients).
   - You have experience in writing proposals and responding to RFP’s.
   - You have a successful Recruiting and/or sales track record.
   - Ability to quickly understand which new technologies and solutions are
   driving the market opportunities.
   - Will uphold the company image and business standards.
   - Your strong communication skills (both written & verbal) are apparent
   to all you interact with.
   - Your business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit shows your desire to be
   the best.
   - You possess and can demonstrate your strong problem-solving/analytical
   skills.
   - Your persuasion/negotiation skills are among the best.
   - Integrity and honesty are of foremost importance to you.
   - You have relevant contacts / leads and ability to generate new leads.
   - You are able to make a positive first impression.



*Education*

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
