Qualifications *12+ years of hands-on development experience in one of the following BI tools: Cognos, Microstrategy, Business Objects, SAS BI, MS Reporting and Analysis services, or equivalent* *12+ years of data warehouse development experience in an Architect or Senior Developer capacity* Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and guide junior team members Ability to relate to BI industry best practices and past experience in BI tool evaluation, selection and implementation 3+ years of development experience in OLAP technologies like SQL Analysis services or Essbase Should have understanding of integrating BI tools to portal technologies like IBM Websphere, BEA or SharePoint portal Should have expert understanding of architecting enterprise BI capabilities Ability to interact with business customers and educate the enterprise on the value of BI and analytics Hands-on implementation experience with Business Objects is a big plus!
