*DUTIES - Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Highly skilled. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities. This position may perform systems analysis functions. SKILLS - 4 + years minimum experience with HP ServiceCenter (Legacy Peregrine) hands on implementation (Required) Service Manager 7.x (highly preferred)** - Experience with a variety of the Service Manager modules - 2 + years minimum experience with HP Connect IT (Legacy Peregrine). Connect IT for Email and webservices is highly desirable - Languages: Javascript, SQL - Knowledge and or experience in ITIL / ITSM''s best practices - Ability to thoroughly review, understand, update, and implement technical design documents. - Configure, adjust, and edit HP Service Manager to facilitate implementation and interfaces. - Proactively identify issues, risks, and effort estimates for assigned work. - Solve and build complex integrations between Service Manager and external systems - Experience in the full life-cycle systems development - Strong customer skills, ability to make recommendations while leveraging your expertise "ServiceCenter, ITIL, ITSM".
