* **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE *
- 8 years
*JOB DUTIES*
- Author & Review Contract
- Initiate Kick off Meet with the client
- Initiate the project internally
- Perform project estimation(s)
- Review and Approve Test Plans
- Review and Approve Test Strategy
- Conduct FDRs
- Performing Size and effort estimation
- Performing review activities
- Participate in defining test strategy
- Performing Risk Management
*SKILLS REQUIRED*
- Person *should have worked as Test Manager for at least 2 years in the
recent past*.
- *Must have knowledge in Oracle OMS *
- *Knowledge in Automation is a plus*.
- Good knowledge on developing *Test Strategy and Test Plan*.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Must be conversant with effort estimation techniques.
*MINIMUM EDUCATION *
- Bachelors degree
