This includes extensive work with Web Dynpro, they need some one who can modify custom applications, IC Web and enhance Web-UI. They must have extensive experience working with BOL and GenIL Layers and customizing IC Web. For CRM middleware then need someone who can also troubleshoot and debug data transfers between CRM and ECC. EEWB is nice to have, but the developer we are looking for should already have experience with it having done enhancements in the CRM space. The developer needs to have worked exclusively on CRM developments and be extremely knowledgeable in CRM developments. Configuration of CRM middleware, IC web or CIC is not what they are looking for. Pepsico needs purely technical development skills with extensive time working with CRM enhancements, customization and data transfers. ** ** ** ** Job Description and Responsibilities: In an effort to support clients Business Process Transformation efforts, the CRM Developer will have to build development solutions that will help fill gaps within a business process. The primary focus of this role will be within the CRM space, specifically related to Trade and Service. ** The SAP CRM Developer will also have responsibilities in the following: ** ** ** Work with Process teams to ensure Functional Specs meet the level of detail and clarity so that accurate and precise technical design documents can be created. ** Work with other developers to provide quality solutions when faced with technical obstacles. ** Work with other developers to perform peer reviews for both technical design and code so less mistakes are evident when ready to roll out the solution for testing. ** Work within the realms of the Enterprise Application Development teams QA methodologies and process to ensure solutions are efficient and stable. ** Work with Process teams to support various testing efforts for the solutions that were built as part of the Enterprise Application Development team. ** Work closely with other technical teams (Infrastructure/Production Support/Basis) to ensure solutions are operational and performing as designed. ** Be involved at the architectural level to ensure best practices and standards are in place specifically around CRM Development. ** There will be a strong focus related to Web Dynpro. Will work with process teams and architects to monitor, configure, develop and support data replication b/w R/3 and CRM. ** Write Technical Designs and Develop custom objects to help support project requirements ** Job Qualifications: ** Candidate should have at least 4 plus years of programming experience with 3 plus years working to build SAP CRM solutions. ** Candidates must be proficient in Web Dynpro and ideally CRM Middleware & Easy Enhancement ** Candidates must have excellent communication skills. ** Ability to solve complex technical problems through research and technical analysis. ** Candidates should be proficient with the technical intricacies of SAP CRM.
