This is a level 2 technical support position and requires a higher degree of
Novell Networking proficiency

Primary support for Blackberry services due to an increasing number of
activations, administration, 2nd/3rd level support, and server upgrades.
Provide on call rotation (24 / 7 coverage), GroupWise, Linux, Active
Directory, and Novell L2 support required. Delivers a service on time,
within budget, while meeting the client's expectations. Plans, directs, and
coordinates activities of departmental technology services to achieve the
goals or objectives of services within prescribed time frames and funding
parameters. Shares responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating
activities pertaining to technology services for a given business unit.
Aligns service delivery goals with business objectives. Monitors service
delivery activities.
