May design and document moderately complex technical requirements for business applications. -Core competencies include: Cobol, VSAM, IMS, CICS, MF, Easytrieve, IMS and DB2 -Must have knowledge and experience with ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing Systems), specifically Multiplan ITS and FACETS implementation/configuration. -Knowledge of the BCBS products ITS 10.2, ALIM, HPA, APIC2, and NDM helpful.
