This organization runs 60% IIS in a Microsoft environment with c Apache/TomCat on Windows as well as Sun Solaris, HP/UX and Linux. Must have in-depth IIS experience and knowledge-base to take a lot of the environment Physical-To-Virtual (P to V) plan the upgrades and deal with the "fall out". Must be able to research and document/communicate what all the steps are, know what to do to prep it for the upgrades and then work with the server team to make this become a reality.
