Required Skills * Senior-level Java and J2EE development skills with 7+ years experience minimum * Solid understanding of the java collections framework * Solid understanding of web and ejb container models * Solid understanding of J2EE transactional control * Hands-on experience with multiple J2EE persistence strategies (DAO, OR-mapping, JDBC, transaction demarcation) * Knowledge of RUP and UML * SQL, XML development * Object-oriented and service-oriented design, including knowledge of data transfer objects and associated design patterns * Excellent communication with the ability to solicit and formalize requirements * Ability to work in a semi-structured environment where requirements and priorities are dynamic Desired Skills: * WebLogic Workshop 8 and greater application stack: page flow, portal, web service, and integration development * Adobe Flex development and J2EE data integration * JMS and MDB development * Toplink API and mapping experience We need one of the team members to be very skilled with Flex.
