We are looking for “Oracle Application DBA” for a long term project 3+ years in Michigan.
- Oracle Applications DBA will be responsible for implementing many concurrent instances of Oracle EBS 12, Fusion Middleware and Oracle database 10g. - Responsibility includes creating high availability environment using Oracle Real Application Clustering, Data Guard, 10g Grid, RMAN, Flashback Query, ASM, OEM, Diagnostics, Tuning, Configuration and Provisioning Pack. - Applications DBA Will analyze and implement the physical database design and structure, ensure enterprise database environments are in optimal condition, manage production databases in Client environments, and support complex problem-solving challenges. - Other duties include creating and reviewing physical data models, coordinating data security and actively supporting test plans/environments, benchmarks and statistics. - Extensive Oracle EBS 11i/12 implementation experience is a must. To qualify for this position Candidates must have: * * · Bachelor’s Degree in a business related area. · Strong management and coordination skills (people and project). · Good relationship builder (i.e. cooperative approach) · Proven experience in complex ERP environment. · Excellent Oracle technical expertise (Oracle certification). - *5 + years of Industry experience including (entire Life Cycle) Design, Development, Administration, Testing and Implementation in Oracle Application Server. - *Nice to have : Experience with SOA, BPEL, MVC, experience with Java/J2EE, WebServices, SOAP/XML/XSD, JMS(Queues, Topics concepts) - Need to have good analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply application knowledge and data expertise to identify appropriate solutions. - Must be able to develop positive working relationships. - *Strong written and oral communications skills, must able to communicate clearly - *Team Player - *H1/OPT candidates are welcome - *H1 Transfer and GC processing is available.
