Strong written, verbal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and to document business requirements. A high level of technical expertise necessary to analyze data integration strategy between multiple systems. In depth understanding of the business processes of Juvenile Justice agencies. Experience working with *NIEM** and GJXDM data sharing standards*. Proficient in the use of standard Project Management tools including *Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint*. Excellent communication skills and the ability too clearly articulate to project members and stakeholders. A team player with the skills to work well with Technical and non-Technical staff. *Prior experience with Juvenile Justice information a plus* Government/ Criminal Justice knowledge and experience with emphasis on Juvenile and Family matters Experience managing a large integration project for mission critical processes Proven experience managing projects in a multi-entity environment (multiple agencies) Experience with formal Systems Development Life Cycle SDLC’s and business analysis methodologies; working knowledge of Business analysis documentation standards Expertise in integration technologies and standards Must be able to take and follow directions Must be able to see task through completion ------------------------ Thanks!
