Job Tite : Business Analyst with Peregrine Service Center Location : Denver,CO Duration: 3 – 6 months Rate : Keep Low Required Skills: Demonstrate analytical, project mgmt and process development skills. Strong proactive verbal and written communication and problem solving skills. Familiarity with desktop computing operating systems and standard enterprise software. Must be able to organize or schedule tasks, develop realistic action plans incorporating time constraints and task priorities. Demonstrate ability to successfully negotiate with clients. The BA must demonstrate competetency with understanding and updating ServiceCenter categorization tables, resolver group lists, on-call lists, notification tables and agent instruction files for incident ticket routing. Diagnosing & resolving service change requests/incidents is also required. Expertise in system analysis and design, business requirements definitions, data and process modeling and problem and change mgmt. Preferred Skills: Experience with Amgen specific systems and technical standards, Service Desk operations, and business hardware/software/network fundamentals. Peregrine Service Center. RoboHelp.
