Just now got the call from the vendor manager on it * *Tester (Senior-level, 6-8 Years, Performance**) (* Strong experience in *performance/scale testing of complex SaaS applications * Strong working admin-level knowledge *Linux and Windows* Programming skills in scripting languages *such as Python or Jython* Strong working knowledge of various *system performance monitoring utilities such as perfmon, vmstat, top, iostat, sar, etc*; Strong working knowledge of load generation tools (e.g *LoadRunner, JMeter, TestMaker)* Basic Relational DB administration skills Proven ability to collect performance baseline data and to do initial root cause analysis based on *performance testing data* Ability to do initial root cause analysis on performance testing data Must be able to collect and analyze results, producing performance report and sizing model for production planning *Experience with application profilers (e.g. Yourkit, Jprofiler, Jprobe)* Basic programming skills in *Java or C#* Experience with *SMTP, network configuration, and Active Directory*.
