Work with Web, MQ and Mainframe Developers to design and implement SOA components. 3. Provide problem resolutions from both a technical and business perspective. 4. Maintain documentation for services 5. Recommend system and process design changes. 6. Effectively communicate both orally and in writing with all levels of AES staff. 7. Provide weekly time reports and participate in staff meetings 8. Provide 24/7 support as needed 9. Maintain technical skills and provide guidance to development staff. 10.
