Scientific Database Analyst The ideal candidate will possess: · Experience supporting the development and/or management of commercial or custom-built computer databases for archiving and managing scientific reports and data; including document editing and data management, as well providing diverse support to database users*. · Strong familiarity with collaboration, knowledge sharing, and/or data management web tools and databases, such as eRoom, will be a key factor. · Effective cross-disciplinary communication skills and an eagerness to creatively engage scientists, business leaders, and software developers to fully understand complex issues and craft innovative solutions. · Solid project management skills that will reliably enable achievement of project objectives within assigned timelines. Person with a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in biomedical and/ or chemistry, and 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industries. The successful candidate will be highly methodical in his/her attentiveness to detail, with experience in the development, implementation, and management of web tools and databases. The role will require a proactive, self-motivating individual with excellent communicative and inter-personal skills as the individual will be expected to work with diverse team members within a matrix environment.
