*Mandatory Qualifications: *
1. Certified as a CISSP and/or CISA;
2. Proven experience conducting vulnerability assessments in large, complex
enterprises and translating assessment findings into useable corrective
action plans;
3. Proven experience successfully planning and implementing large,
cross-functional, complex security solutions;
4. Proven experience reporting on sensitive and/or critical risks and
issues to executive management;
5. Proven experience performing risk assessments, risk quantification, and
risk mitigation Activities in large, cross-functional, complex enterprises;
6. Proven knowledge of current and relevant information security threat
countermeasures including, but not limited to, all of the following: VPN,
PKI, Digital Signatures, Smart Cards, IPS, NAC, Firewalls, data
encryption, enterprise anti-virus/anti-malware, system hardening, and
wireless security; and
7. Prior experience developing technical controls to align with business
requirements.
8. Any of the following industry certifications: CISM, HISP, and/or GIAC;
and
9. Experience working in the public sector; State government.
