*Title:** **Network Architect* *Term of Service: 1 year * *Location: Sacramento, CA* *Client: State of CA * *Mandatory Qualifications: * 1. Demonstrated experience working on at least two large scale system integration and development projects; 2. At least four (4) years cumulative experience as a chief technical architect or senior technical lead of large-scale IT infrastructure projects; 3. At least two (2) years experience analyzing and assimilating information from multiple sources, both written and verbal, and distilling the information into executable recommendations to facilitate successful completion of project objectives; 4. Certification(s) in one or more of the following: 1) Building Industry Consulting Services International (BSCI), 2) Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), 3) Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP), and/or 4) Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE); 5. Technical architecture design and implementation experience for a large scale IT infrastructure project with project costs exceeding $15 million; 6. Willing and able to travel to adult institutions to meet with stakeholders and manage project risks and/or issues; and 7. Knowledge, education, and experience in project management. *Desirable Qualifications: * 1. PMP or equivalent project management certification; 2. Certified software engineer with experience evaluating and selecting enterprise-wide solutions; 3. Experience working for the offering Firm on projects that consultant performed at the lead capacity in technical architecture tasks; 4. Experience managing business process, facility improvement, health care, and/or correctional management projects, preferably within California State government; 5. Experience performing network installation and/or upgrade projects for the State of California or another public sector agency; 6.
