*Position Titled: SAP BASIS* * *
*Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Rate: *$55/hr ** * * *Description:* • Provide SAP Basis support of all systems in the SAP landscape including SAP Router, Bolt-ons and 3rd Party Tools during the prescribed hours • Perform initial triage of SAP support issues to determine next actions or route to other support teams for final resolution within SLAs • Leverage established issue tracking tools such as Solution Manager Issue Management, Target Support Desk (CSC) in the resolution of all Basis support issues • Monitor and troubleshoot SAP Basis support issues and provide status updates on issue resolution within established support SLAs • Performance monitoring and tuning of systems impacted by performance degradation and/or slow response times. Liaison with the onsite Basis team to resolve any performance issues and issues pertaining to specific requirements • Interact with SAP OSS Support by reporting on issues, updating issues status/connections and providing general assistance to SAP personnel in the resolution of issues • Provide detailed documentation on issue resolution in the Issue Management system and provide updates as necessary in the Basis Issues and Risk Logs • Notify the relevant contact points onsite on issues and roadblocks identified while monitoring the status of the systems. Ensure proper co-ordination and hand-off of support issues to offshore and onshore teams at the end of work shifts • Support Systems Lead(s) in installation and configuration of SAP Support Pack Stacks, Notes etc • Performs daily system administration tasks • Apply software fixes in consultation with the onsite Basis leads • Monitor any scheduled system maintenance jobs Thanks & Regards *Ajay * *(214-295-5100)* ePower.
