*Job Description/Scope: *
The successful candidate will be responsible for writing code and or
parameters to provide software components according to the technical
specifications. This individual will be expected to actively participate in
the escalation of live errors and service problems to limit downtime and
resolve problems. This person will also be expected to recognize and solve
inconsistencies in the detailed technical specifications and make the
necessary changes.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with C# 3.0; WCF; Winforms Development; Database
Development in Oracle 10g or higher, specifically creation of Tables,
Procedures, and Triggers (SQL)
- The candidate will be able to communication effectively, both verbally and
written, with both customers and colleagues.
- Candidate will have demonstrable experience reviewing requirements,
gathering feedback, and offering alternative solutions to problems in a
clear and concise manner.
- Candidate will have worked in a team structure before, able to perform the
multiple roles required within this position, including development,
testing, and documentation.
- Candidate will be able to provide timely feedback to the Project Manager
and work in a transparent manner.
*- **Candidates with “custom app dev” experience a must. People who have
only worked on “packaged applications” will not work*
- Communication skills and the ability to interact with business users to
gather and “ferret out” requirements is a must
