*Role / Duties:*
· Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both
user needs and a good understanding of information technology, business
processes, and industry requirements.
· Applies extensive knowledge of the customer's business and
industry to develop project specifications for new or existing systems.
· Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and
translates into proper system requirements specifications.
· Performs, or may direct, document development at various stages of
a project life cycle (e.g., planning through implementation) to detail
analysis results and solution recommendations.
· Ensures compliance with the standards and organization
requirements relative to specific assignments. May also supervise analysis
tasks and /or lead projects.
· Works with other project leads, functional and clients to gather
and/or clarify enterprise requirements.
· Collaborate with clients, users, functional & project leaders to
help prioritize future projects & requirements.
· Analyze current processes, identify issues and resolutions.
· Create and maintain training plans and documentation & present as
needed.
· Strong self-directed work style; works independently with little
or no supervision.
· Ability to effectively multi-task.
· Collaborate with project analysts on requirements techniques and
methods.
*Essential Required Skills:*
· 6+ years technical experience in applications software
development, 2 years as a Business Analyst.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 4 years of
additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
· Ability to work at a technical level for all phases of
applications activities
· Excellent verbal and written communications
· Strong team player, deadline oriented, results driven person
*Preferred Skills: *
· *Experience with FACET 4.51 HIGHLY preferred*.
· Knowledge of Pega/ Workflow Processing.
· Knowledge of Healthcare Business.
