Here is the job Description *Role: Sr. Business Objects Developer/Consultant* Location: Summit, NJ Duration: Long Term (Direct F2F interview single round) PREREQUISITES: 1.10 years experience required 2. Minimum of B.A./B.S., international equivalent, in relevant scientific discipline. 3. 4+ years of Business Objects Universe Design / Report Development experience. 5. Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, ETL, and OLAP. 6. Three (3) years of drug safety systems experience preferred. 7. Strong Pharmaceutical experience preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Gather, Analyze & translate user requirements into universe design. 2. Create Business Objects Universe, 3. Develop complex reports using Web and Desktop clients. 4. Create detailed design specifications based on the user requirements. 5. Maintain documentation on universe & related environments. 6. Support, coordinate and manage the BO XI-R3 environment. 7. Work closely with the infrastructure groups to identify and resolve BO XI-R3 system problems 8. Collaborate with other departments including Corporate IT as appropriate. 10.Participation in the implementation of data warehouse technology. 11.Provide end-user training and support as required. 12.Create UAT test scripts. 13.Create SQL and PL/SQL scripts as required.
