Job Title: BDM - Staffing/ Recruitment Location: New York City, NY Duration: Full Time Local to NY/NJ Preferred Qualifications: • 8+ Year experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment, Sales and Marketing. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Must have excellent, outstanding, and superb sales skills • Strong problem solving skills with an ability to focus quickly on the key issues • Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship building skills • Strong negotiation/closing skills • Ability to work independently as well as in a team Responsibilities: • Establishing contacts with IT executives/IT Hiring managers/Project managers and build long term relationships • Demonstrated ability to penetrate accounts. Identify and generate new clients in the IT staffing/ consulting/ projects. • Execute recruitment functions from sourcing to interviewing • Manage the placement of talent within client companies • Obtain client requirements and service client needs through the urgent filling of orders • Resolve client and talent issues and act as point person for all client and talent inquiries • Develop and grow the talent pool through various sources including immersion in local creative services community • Candidate will have a go-getter attitude. • Candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, to service small and large accounts. • Expertise in selling services in staffing industry, rate negotiations, RFP writing, MSP management, recruiting, Account Management, and superior prospecting skills. • Candidate will be supported by strong sales and recruiting team support, and the appropriate sales tools needed to succeed. Candidate will also be following up on leads provided by management and recruiting teams.
