*Requirement for SAP ABAP with HR CATS Experience*
*Location:* CA *Duration:* 6-9 Weeks 1. Development expertise in SAP HR that includes time recording and management, Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS), personnel administration, organizational management, and training and events; 2. Experience developing HR in a shifted environment using either SAP shift management functionality, custom development, or a third party shift management tool; 3. At least five (5) years’ experience of SAP ABAP development including creation of reports and interfaces (three [3] years must be in ABAP HR); 4. Experience in SAP tools including User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, Adobe Forms, ALV Grid, Dialog Programming, RFCs, workflow, Quickviewer, Adhoc Query, and SE 16N; 5. Ability to write a functional specification; 6. Knowledge of all HR processes and services that includes payroll, time, OM , PA , training and events; 7. Knowledge of SAP ABAP query, drilldown reports, report writer, or report painter; 8. Configuration expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management module that includes inventory control and classifications; 2. Expertise in SAP SRM including Document Builder, and ability to design new contract areas and templates; 3. Ability to write a functional specification; 4. Ability to use basic SAP tools including SE16N, and dictionary tools for analysis and development work; 5. Knowledge of MM, SCM, and SRM authorizations and security paradigm 6. Knowledge of integration with FM, FI, PM, and CO 7. Knowledge of SAP ABAP query, drilldown reports, report writer, or report painter; and 8.
