Teradata Senior Developer
Location : Beaverton, OR.
Experience Level - 7+ Years
Duration - 3-6+ Months
Rate - ALAP
Skills Required:
Strong working experience in a Teradata environment using TD12
Strong working experience using Teradata Utilities (BTEQ, Fast Load,
MultiLoad, FastExport, TPump)
Good hands on experience using Teradata Tools (SQL Assistant, PMON, Teradata
Administrator)
Experience with creating tables, views, UPI, NUPI, USI and NUSI
Good experience on query optimization (explain plans, collect statistics,
Primary and Secondary indexes)
Should be able to write Teradata BTEQ scripts to implement business logic
Good working knowledge of Informatica and Cognos
Very Good communication skills
Good to have but not required:
has working background using modeling tools (ERWIN)
has good hands on experience using Teradata Manager
knowledge of Autosys (batch scheduling tool) - R/3 or BW background.
