*Requirement for Sr Systems Analyst*
*Location:* MI *Duration:* Long time *Requirements:* --------------------------------------------------------- Resources are needed to perform the following functions: • Perform analysis of multiple areas within the NASCO Processing System (NPS) • Participate and contribute to requirements determination sessions • Prepare requests for systems changes (CSR) based on approved requirements • Direct other team members through systems development phases • Develop business/technical requirements, test plans and test data • Coordinate test execution activities with other team members (internal and external) • Prepare detailed status reporting as well as attending and participating in project meetings *Skills/Qualifications:* • Minimum of 5-7 years of health care experience with focus on facility and professional claims processing preferred • Previous experience working on medium-sized project teams (5-10 members) • Previous experience with systems and application development • Previous experience preparing written requirements, test plans, and other project deliverables required • Experience using formal project delivery methodology • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills required • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail required • Strong creative problem solving skills required • Strong analytical skills required • Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group • Ability to work effectively with and communicate to multiple internal and external clients required • Ability to handle multiple tasks and implementation timeframes required • Ability to interact effectively with COMPANY representatives at various levels required • Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results required *Preferred Skills/Qualifications* • Previous experience in health care claims processing • Experience leading small to medium-sized project teams • Previous experience with COB processing • Knowledge of NASCO Claims Processing Systems • Knowledge of COMPANY operating systems preferred • Previous experience using a defect tracking tool Thanks & Regards *Ajay * *(469-713-1976 (M)* * 972-607-9595 Ext- 6 (O))* ePower.
