*Job Title : Websphere Commerce Developer or Architect* *Location : NYC, NY* *Duration : 6+ Month contract* QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Key characteristics contributing to the success of the Developer include the ability to be flexible, accountable, and reliable and work effectively as part of a cohesive team. • BA or BS degree. • 5+ years’ experience with J2EE applications in a UNIX/Linux environment. • 3+ years’ experience with Websphere App Server, and WebSphere Commerce. • 2+ years’ experience with EJB, Struts, MQ, JMS, DB2, XML, Web Services • Experience with Interwoven TeamSite, GWT, Endeca Search Engine, GWT, Ajax, LDAP, Oracle, SQL Server database, SVN • Working knowledge of best practice development methods, including version control, regression testing, and exposure to test driven development. • Solid understanding of error identification including log evaluation and technology tools in aiding the development process of large applications. • Advanced exposure to both server and client side considerations in e-commerce application development.
