Release Manager within the Data IT software development team to successfully manage change to the suite of supported applications. In addition to strong analytical and communication skills. • Act as liaison between various teams involved with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) o Work closely with Project management team to understand and scope upcoming release schedules. o Work closely with Q/A team to understand and track status of testing schedules and assist in escalating issues. o Work closely with development team to understand development cycles and manage scope of releases. o Work closely with support (RTB/GSD) team to ensure releases are tested, supportable and ready for deployment.
