*Job Title : Linux - VMWare Expert* *Location : Pleasanton, CA* *Duration : 3-4 Month contract* Qualifications: *The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of three years technical experience of VMware in a large complex environment. *Extensive working knowledge in a large and complex environment is required. This must include x86 hardware, VMware Virtual Infrastructure, the P2V process and either Windows 2003 or Linux Server administration. A significant recent working history of software product installation, customization, testing, software maintenance, and problem diagnosis is also required. *Experience with system performance monitoring and tuning, along with MCSE or MC/DBA are distinct pluses. *Certifications in VMware and LINUX are highly desirable.
