Hi *Folks,* Hope You are doing well, We have an immediate requirement for *"QA / QC Test Lead”* * * *Location : Lansing, MI* *Duration : 6+ Months* *Payrate : $35/hr on C2C/1099* *Note**: Face to face interview. Local candidates in Michigan are needed* *Responsibilities**:* * * 1. Creates and maintains the QC Plan and Test Strategy document 2. Provides test expertise and coaching . 3. Participates in the requirements meetings with the Customer . 4. Assists the Test Specialists in understanding of the application and writing effective Test Cases . 5. Coordinates test activities with the project team . 6. Collects and shares metrics with project team . 7. Coordinates defect management, Test Director training and administration . 8. Schedules QC Process and Test Director training in the Design/Build phase Experience with Quality Center desired. *Skills Required*: 1. At least 3 years experience as a Test Lead - Good communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening. - Analytical and problem solving skills. - Ability to work within a team setting and independently. - Ability to quickly learn and understand business and technical requirements. - Strong commitment to quality. - Be able to manage others work to meet project timing. *Skills Preferred: * * * 2. Experience with Quality Center. 3.
