Candidates must local to the Barrington IL area. * *Job Description:* Ensures the continuing operation of software applications. Applies and tests enhancements, fixes and upgrades to applications. Demonstrates ability to discover, troubleshoot, and fix software problems. Responsible for problem triage and responding to helpdesk tickets. Monitors performance, stress and load tests. 2 - 4 years of experience. *Working with the business operations, application teams, and infrastructure groups to resolve problems, perform root-cause-analysis (RCA), and implementation of RCA finding to prevent repeat problems. * Following appropriate ITIL based process for the management of incidents and problems including tracking, resolution, and root cause analysis. Monitoring of level 1 incidents handled by the Enterprise Service Desk team Responsible for Level 2 team handling incidents and problems *Accountable for escalation and tracking of problems to level 3 applications teams * System / Service Level monitoring and KPI / metric reporting *Required:* .NET Network Oracle SQL MS Windows Server *Required Skills & Qualifications: *A bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in support and operations of are required to be considered for this position.
