We are looking for MS BI Senior BA/Program Manager for our client. Prior *
Microsoft* would be preferable.

*The specifics are: - *
1. Name: MS BI / Data Warehouse Program Manager
2. Typical current role / designation: MS BI Data Warehouse Program
Manager or Lead Consultant
3. Location: Onsite: Redmond, WA
4. Duration: 7 months (Dec 10 – Jun 11); could be extended (?)
5. Role (brief): Study, document, define and help drive the ETL and data
feeds roadmap in collaboration with multiple data provider & consumer teams
in a large organization
6. *Mandatory: - *
1. 5-7 years overall experience in overall Business Intelligence /
Data Warehousing including,
i. 1+
years of experience in SQL Server 2008-related ETL (SSIS) and OLAP (SSAS)
ii. 4
years+ specific experience in Microsoft BI Technology Stack including but
not limited to (all) SSIS and SSAS
iii. Atleast
3 years of experience in gathering requirements and helping to architect BI
solutions (Consulting) and hands-on experience using SSIS and SSAS
iv. Strong
hands-on expertise of T-SQL, SSIS and SSAS
1. *Experience of *
i.
Articulating
and documenting ETL and data feeds architecture and vision to multiple
stakeholders at varying levels.
ii. Writing
Functional / Design Specifications.
iii. Project
Management activities such as Project Planning, Tracking, and Reporting.
1. Team lead / Manager / Architect involved large, enterprise BI
rollouts with multiple stakeholders involved.
2. Excellent documentation and communication skills

1. Relevant certifications (highly preferable)
2. Previous experience as an MS FTE / Vendor (preferable)
3. Quick joining (Should be able to start off by December 2010)
