*Position: MS Exchange Administrator*  / *L3 (Messaging)*

*Location: Sunnyvale, CA*

*Duration:  6 + months*

*Primary Job Responsibilities:*

*• Develop responses to Request for Service (RFS) by customer as well as
develop initial schedule
• Support problem and change tickets for client server support operations
for work involving problem determination and implementation of changes to
hardware, software, applications or network systems. These tasks are not
standardized and require independent thought and problem solving to resolve.
Interaction with other teams is often required to solve issues
• Work to standardize repeatable tasks and steps across multiple accounts
within a pod or pool while providing coaching and mentoring to the junior
team members. This may require creating documentation or scripts that can be
used to solve the same problem in the future.

• Team members participate once or more a day in cadence discussion on team
performance. They discuss issues or challenges, and receive trouble-shooting

performance trends. Team members may also separately interact and exchange
information with members of cross-pool teams.*



*Tech Requirement:*

*• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network
problems.*

*• Position is expansive and additional responsibilities can be added.*

*Experience Required:*

*• Must have a minimum of 4 years working experience and intimate
proficiency with Microsoft Exchange 2007 (or beyond) administration and
troubleshooting in a large-scale multi-site environment.*

*• Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience and expert knowledge of
Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.*

*• Must have experience supporting mobile email devices such as Blackberry
(and other, similar technologies)*

*• Must have 3 years working experience supporting, maintaining and
administering core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2003.*

*• Must have strong scripting skills and knowledge of sharepoint services *

*• Sound working knowledge of Internet/Intranet technologies including
security features.*

*• Sound working knowledge of network infrastructure and operations,
including switching, routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP.*

*• Sound working knowledge of remote access technology.*

*• Proficient and familiar with MS Office Professional Suite including the
ability to fluently use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.*

*• Working experience supporting, maintaining and administering Microsoft
SQL Server 2000/2005 and Citrix services*

*Team Administration:***

·         *Any MCTS or MCAP Certification relating to SharePoint Server is a
plus*

·         *Should have managed atleast a 10 member team in previous
organization *

·         *should have good exposure in customer orientation *
