Three (3) years experience performing HP Mercury Tool Suite System and/or Application Administration to include performing duties such as: Performing application upgrades using a migration path which spans multiple releases Making recommendation to assist with designing and configuring a stable architecture/platform Assisting with and making recommendations for the setup and configuration of LDAP Three (3) years experience using HP Mercury Quality Center for large, complex multi-platform applications to include implementing automated testing solutions. Three (3) years experience using HP Mercury Quality Center to include implementing and supporting third party IDE’s such as Requisite Pro, Dimensions. * * *Performance Center SME * * * Performance Center SME for versions 9.52 and 11 must have a minimum of 3 years hands on experience in the Performance Center software including, VuGen, Stand Alone Analysis, Monitor over Firewall, and Load Runner configuration tools as well as Sitescope. SME must have prior “C” coding experience, and have demonstrated network experience and the ability to identify and troubleshoot network components and configuration issues. *Quick Test Professional SME * * * Quick Test Professional SME for version 9.2 and version 11 must have a minimum of 3 years hands on experience in building a regression library of scripts using the QTP tool inclusive of shared object repository, upload to QC, maintenance of scripts, and Visual Basic coding experience . * Scope of Work * The Qualified Subject Matter ExperThe SME’s must understand and be able to deliver effective knowledge transfer of the following: *A. PERFORMANCE CENTER * a. Classroom style training for up to 15 testing staff in basic and advanced concepts of product usage b. Review of current implementation and product usage policies, methods and procedures and recommendations for improvement, to include strategic plan to manage product upgrades c. Detailed Performance Testing Planning Documentation that includes methodology, procedures and tasks d. Design, develop and successfully execute Performance Center VuGen Scripts based on the Performance Testing Planning Documentation for a key project defined e. Training and detailed written instructions for conducting VuGen base and advanced recording f. Mentoring and detailed instructions for VuGen script enhancement to include correlation and C programming modification to fulfill testing requirements g. Training and detailed written instructions for managing Performance Center Load Generator machines reflective of the OIS test environment h. Training and detailed written instructions for defining and forecasting Performance Testing schedules i. Training and detailed written instructions for defining key Performance Center scenario types j. Training and detailed instructions for designing and creating Performance Center scenarios k. Training and detailed written instructions for managing a Performance Center scenario during scenario execution l. Develop, execute and provide training for completing the following tests: 1. Lead effort to develop and implement automated interfaces to owned tools for configuration/change management, i.e., Serena Dimensions and project management tool, e.g. Clarity d. Document and train ESTC staff on procedures for using all product interfaces e. Training and detailed instructions for completing high-level administrative functions for a major internally developed, client facing application. *C. QUICK TEST PROFESSIONAL * a. Classroom style training for up to 15 Testing staff in basic and advanced concepts of product usage, to include but not limited to, creating basic scripts from a manual test case, enhancing basic tests with synchronization and verification, setting parameter tests to run with multiple data sets, creating and reusing modular actions, using the Terminal Emulator and proper use of protocols b. Review of current implementation and product usage policies, methods and procedures and recommendations for improvement, to include strategic plan to manage product upgrades c. Develop and implement strategies and procedures to finalize and maintain an automated regression script inventory, including, but not limited to, object repository generation, automatic repository updating, storage and replay management with integration into the Quality Center test lab d.
