Need Data stage developer Minnetonka, MN 6-months Sr. DataStage Developer Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field, Computer Science, MIS, etc.. is required 5+ years experience developing ETL solutions using a commercial development tool. 5+ years experience using a full life cycle methodology for ETL development utilizing IBM’s InfoSphere suite, DataStage, QualityStage, MetaData Workbench and Info analyzer. Demonstrated experience leading the design and development of complex ETL/interface solutions. Ability to help customer’s understand capabilities and translate requirements into solutions that are practical to implementation, robust and scalable. Experience delivering complex solutions that span departments, involving multiple platforms and applications. Demonstrated experience with relational database modeling, especially Entity Relationship Diagramming and Normalization, and Data Flow Diagrams. Strong PL/SQL and SQL skills with ability to develop database views and tune query performance. Experience designing the ETL meta data layer, ETL/Interface architecture and security to ensure the solutions align with industry and client standards. Participated in the planning and implementation of multiple full software lifecycles upgrading and/or implementing an ETL development environment Oversees and reviews technical documentation and review processes Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communications skills.
