Position: Programmer Analyst Specialist / Java Developer Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 10.5 Months (Contract) Rate: Negotiable *Required Skills 3 Years exp with :* - J2EE / Expert level Java skills required - XML *1 Year exp with: * - UML - Web Services - WebLogic *Responsibilities:* - Provides technical consulting and/or leadership on complex projects. - Incumbents are technical experts in one or more areas of applications systems analysis and programming. - May act as an expert in business or functional area.
