Title: Senior Oracle EBS Business/Functional Analyst with OTC Experience
Modules: Oracle Order Management, shipping and AR invoicing 
Location: Redmond , WA
Status: USA Citizen or GC Only
Duration:  4+ months
Rate:  $75 to $85 /Hr (DOE) 

BASIC FUNCTION: This position is responsible for data enrichment, user 
responsibility design, business process flow design, policy development, user 
acceptance testing and execution, training curriculum and material development, 
conducting training classes, business engagement and change management 
activities. Candidate will be responsible for leading these activities.

OVERVIEW:  This senior analyst should have experience with deployment of Oracle 
Enterprise Business Suite of products.  The candidate should have should have 
an advanced level of understanding of OTC modules, and a mid-level 
understanding of supply chain fundamentals as they relate to planning, 
procurement, warehouse management, order management, transportation and 
logistics.  The candidate should have experience in setting-up OTC processes 
and practices in a complex supply chain network with many inventory 
organizations, and additionally have experience reconciling inventory between a 
company owned system and a 3PL.

As part of this team, examples of your tasks will include but are not limited 
to the following:  

-Resolve design issues where system is not meeting business needs by closely 
collaborating with functional teams
-Create To-Be Process Flows, conduct business process design workshops; 
- Create Order types, trouble shoot order fullfillment related with the order 
innformation being interfaced from multiple systems. 
-Work with the business to develop updated business policies based on new system
-Work with the business to develop changed or new roles
-Plan for UAT, help execute and track UAT results
-Support cutover and deployment planning
-Define training modules, create training materials, deliver training


PRINCIPLE FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Work with manager and PMO team to understand projects strategic impacts, and 
provide inputs to develop an integrated project plan with steps to mitigate 
risk.
-Continuously monitor performance against the plan, and report status and other 
metrics related to the assigned project(s).
-Work extensively with Oracle Apps EBS
-Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, provide estimates, and 
create functional specification documents to meet the requirements.
-Assist with creation of detailed implementation plans.
-Effectively communicate application changes to the affected parties.
-Provide post implementation support for the implemented solutions. This would 
involve analyzing issues to figure out the best solutions, and working with 
technical and change management teams to get the changes implemented.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
-10+ years hands-on experience working in EBS ( especially OTC modules)  
-5+ years experience in working on full life-cycle Oracle projects
-Bachelors Degree in a business related area
-Strong leadership and communications skills
-Oracle skills in relevant application areas
-Strong analytical skills utilizing structured development and problem solving 
techniques
-Strong project management skills

Typical project responsibilities depending on experience include:

* Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Application 
functionality.
* Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
* Configure the Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document 
application set-ups.
* Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data 
conversions and application extensions.
* Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, 
interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
* Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.
* Support clients with the execution of test scripts.
* Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
* Deliver end-user training.
* Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
* Lead project teams on larger projects.

Qualifications:

* Experience PRIMARILY with the business processes for service contracts, and 
AR.
* Overall Oracle Rel 12 CRM modules experience
* 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role 
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
* Keen attention to detail.
