Encourages informed Risk-taking and acts as a catalyst for innovation at Cardinal Health; generates practical, sustainable and creative options to solve problems and improve process, while maximizing existing resources. Proactively develops and maintains technical knowledge in specialized area(s), remaining up-to-date on current trends and best practices; Performs assessments and listens to internal customers to understand and anticipate their needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise. Accountabilities in this role: Experience with development and support of large-scale business critical applications, preferably Commerce B2B, B2C, and/or web applications. Broad set of technology understanding and/or experience: J2EE, preferably WebSphere Application Server Application Infrastructure (ie network, operating system, storage, etc) Strong project management skills Excellent communication, problem solving, and judgment skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload, under changing conditions, with minimal supervision. Ability to collaborate with other IT teams to advance goals. Qualifications: Experienced in merging multiple code streams o Mechanics o Processes o Best Practices.
