Advanced experience and understanding of Master to master, master to multiple slaves replication activities. Advanced SQL, Stored Procedures, Database performance tuning skills required. Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Strong Logical and Physical Data Modeling skills required. Strong understanding and working knowledge of Partitioning at all levels, archiving and purging, backup and recovery, etc. Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so others will understand. Ability to make appropriate decisions considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions. Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups Install, configure, tune, and maintains production, development, training, and test environments. *Secondary Skill (Data Warehouse Data Modeler)* Should have excellent database design, data modeling knowledge and experience related to large scale, multi-dimensional BI/Data warehousing. Experience and demonstrated competencies with multi-dimensional design, star schemas, facts and dimensions. Comprehensive understanding of data management best practices including demonstrated experience with data profiling, sourcing, and cleansing routines utilizing typical data quality functions involving standardizations, transformation, rationalization and matching. Assist Reporting analyst in day to day data mining activities. Working knowledge and experience with data, master data and metadata related standards, processes and technologies *Education & Experience* BS or higher in CS. Preferably MS in CS or related area. 8 - 10 years of previous experience as a Production and developer MYSQL & SQL DBA.
