Need a SAP NETWEAVER ESS/MSS CONSULTANT // Atlanta, GA// 6 Months Job Title: SAP NETWEAVER ESS/MSS CONSULTANT Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6 Months Job Discription: To develop and deliver SAP ESS/MSS and related NetWeaver Solutions and to act as a visible leader and senior consultant in the NetWeaver practice. Bachelor’s degree in computer related field or equivalent business experience. More than 5 years SAP consulting experience. Proven record of functioning as Self Services (ESS/MSS) Lead, Portal Lead, Portal Developer, on at least 3 full life-cycle SAP projects. Proven experience with at least one portal technical upgrade or an ECC Self Services upgrade. Proven experience of SAP NetWeaver Portal administration functions i.e. Knowledge Management, PCD, JCo configuration, Portal themes, SLD, Visual Admin (NWA), Security (UME, roles). Extensive experience implementing/supporting SAP Self Services (ESS/MSS) for multiple versions of the SAP ERP product e.g. ECC 5.0, ECC 6.0. Proven record of ABAP Web Dynpro (WDA) development experience. Extensive knowledge of the SAP Human Capital Management functional modules e.g. PA, OM, Time, E-Recruitment etc. Excellent communication skills. The following items are considered advantageous to fulfill this position: Obtained SAP certification in the NetWeaver disciplines e.g. SAP NetWeaver Portal. Proven record of Adobe Interactive Forms development and configuration experience. Proven experience implementing HCM Processes and Forms. Proven experience with SAP HCM Security i.e. structural authorizations. Experience with Java development. Experience in global / multi-national implementations. Extensive experience in multiple industry sectors. Understanding of the architecture and business application of SAP’s Portal Solution Superior communication skills Strong Presentation Skills Strong networking and people skills; strong drive for results and success and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.
