Title: Senior Oracle Order OTC Consultant with EDI Experience
Location: Redmond , WA
Duration: 6+ months
Need a senior functional analyst with strong project management skills to
drive implementation of EDI for facilitation of doing business with external
customers interfacing into Oracle Order Management. The project involves
implementing existing EDI transaction sets with new external customers for
inbound sales orders (850), outbound PO Acknowledgements (855), outbound
Invoices (810) and potentially coordination with Distribution Centers for
outsourced outbound advanced ship notice (856).
Sr. functional analyst will be the lead analyst with guidance from multiple
internal analyst SME's and the business systems manager; responsibilities
include all aspects of the EDI deployment including but not limited to the
gathering of requirements, guiding the business and anticipating potential
road blocks, mapping requirements to transaction maps, all aspects of
testing (Unit, System, Cert, UAT), configuration and implementation of the
solution, business training if necessary, post deployment support to monitor
success of transactions for a to be determined amount of time and creation
of documentation as outlined by the Business Systems Manager. Analyst will
work with multiple functional analyst SME's, technical teams, IT project
manager, multiple business partners and external customers to implement the
above transaction sets.
Experience
a.. Must have 5+ years experience with Oracle Order Management and the
order life cycle from input to invoicing
b.. Must have implemented 3 or more customers for 850, 855, 810 from
engagement with the external customer to sustainment with all touch points
in between
c.. Mapping of 850 Inbound Purchase Order (sales order) ; 855 Outbound
Purchase
Order Acknowledgement (sales order); 810 Outbound Invoice
d.. Strong SQL skills
e.. Ability to handle overlapping EDI implementations

a.. Retail Experience
b.. Mapping experience with 856 Outbound Advanced Ship Notice
Required Deliverables:
a.. Implement EDI for 850 ( Inbound PO) ; 855 (Outbound PO Ack) ; 810
(Outbound Invoice) ; 856 (Outbound ASN) as required by each external
customer from engagement to deployment/sustainment
b.. Build repeatable process task list and documentation for
cross-training as defined by Business Systems Manager
c.. Meet project tasks as outlined by the project plan
d.. Provide weekly status to IT Project Manager and Business Systems
Manager
Skills
a.. Experience mapping and deploying transaction sets listed above
b.. Oracle Order Management life cycle
c.. Proven effectiveness in a rapid release mode for EDI implementations.
d.. Strong verbal and written communication skills
e.. Ability to work independently and within team structure
